Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) to own end-to-end, CRO-focused design across our web journeys, leading critical dermatology flows from hypothesis and A/B testing to polished UI, and driving measurable lifts in conversion, engagement, and retention.
You have strong experience in user-centred product design, high-performing web funnels, design systems, and customer research from fast-moving B2C products, and you’re a hands-on, self-reliant partner to Medical, Marketing, and Customer Care, closing CRO gaps and delivering improvements that directly impact revenue and patient experience.
Your responsibilities
Own end-to-end design for high-impact dermatology journeys, optimising every step from first touchpoint to retention for growth.
Partner with Product and BI to design and execute A/B tests, analyse results, and double down on what moves the numbers.
Drive discovery and user research to uncover growth opportunities and translate insights into high-leverage design bets.
Design and optimise web funnels (landing pages, forms, checkout, subscriptions) with a sharp focus on conversion, activation, and ongoing engagement.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work in lockstep with PMs, engineers, and copywriters to ship and iterate on growth experiments from ideation to launch
Evolve our design system to support fast, consistent experimentation across campaigns and product surfaces.
Quality at Speed: Safeguard the Formel Skin brand through meticulous Design QA, ensuring that even our fastest initiatives feel premium and polished.
Your profile
Strong end-to-end product design experience, ideally in a high-velocity, consumer-facing product.
Your portfolio shows strong UX/UI craft and attention to detail with clear growth impact (conversion lifts, funnel improvements, engagement or retention wins).
Deep experience in customer research aimed at identifying friction, uncovering growth levers, and validating opportunities.
Proven track record designing and optimising web funnels with structured experimentation and clear success metrics.
Solid design systems experience to enable rapid testing and consistent execution at scale.
Proficiency in Figma and comfortable with user research tools to inform growth decisions.
Confident operating in cross-functional growth squads with Product, Engineering, BI, and Marketing.
Self-starting mindset to own projects from idea to impact, thriving in an experiment-heavy environment.
Teamplayer who embraces feedback and stakeholder input to sharpen solutions.
