As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) , you will be at the forefront of building the teams that drive our mission forward. In this role, you'll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and operational roles, using smart sourcing strategies, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing.
Source top talent proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and market research, with a focus on operational and volume roles.
Leverage AI and automation tools to boost sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
Manage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Contribute to talent projects such as building sourcing playbooks, improving candidate experience, and leveraging data to refine our approach.
What you need to shine:
5-6 years of experience in recruiting (in-house or startup background welcome).
Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also rolling up your sleeves on coordination tasks.
Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping.
Proficiency in using ATS (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Ashby or similar) – you can manage pipelines and processes with ease.
